Following our time in the Smokies, we circled back to Raleigh, NC to catch a Saturday evening show by one of the all-time greats, Garth Brooks. We were joined by lady friends, homies, and the entire Price Clan.

Prior to the concert, we had a busy afternoon restocking at the local REI, purchasing some new Cowboy hats to better blend in, and had just enough time to stop for the southern delicacy, Bojangles! As a first timer, it was everything Frank has raved about for the last 8 years. Glad he was finally able to “show me the ropes.”

With our stomachs filled with soul food and our “Shit Kickers” pulled up, we linked up with the Price family and headed over to PNC Arena for an unforgettable performance by our man, Garth. Frank and I must have looked the part because we received enough compliments that by the end of the night, Frank was convincing the ladies at the bar (and possibly himself) that he was actually a Cowboy.
